LUSAKA, President Faure Gnassinbe of Togo is expected to arrive here Monday for a State visit to zambia, says Chief Government Spokesperson Kampamba Mulenga.
He said here Sunday that in March, Togolese Foreign Affairs Minister Robert Dussey had announced President Gnassinbe's State visit when he visited the country.
During Dussey's discussions with Zambian President Edgar Lungu, the Zambian leader had called for the promotion of trade between and among African countries.
Meanwhile, President Lungu's Special Assistant for Press and Public Relations, Amos Chanda, said the State visit by the Togolese leader would focus on areas of common interest such as mining.
